Storage
Suitable for home freezing. Ideally, freeze as soon as possible after you receive your next day delivery. Not suitable for cooking from frozen. Store in a freezer at -18ᵒC or below.
Defrost thoroughly. Once defrosted use it shortly after. Keep refrigerated.

Cooking Instructions:
Avoid burst links by grilling sausages over medium-low, indirect heat. Turn occasionally until cooked through, 15 to 20 minutes, then move to the hotter side of the grill to crisp. Let them rest for 5 minutes before serving.
