Storage
Suitable for home freezing. Ideally, freeze as soon as possible after you receive your next day delivery. Not suitable for cooking from frozen. Store in a freezer at -18ᵒC or below.
Defrost thoroughly. Once defrosted use it shortly after. Keep refrigerated.

Cooking Instructions:
Grill burgers over high heat until lightly charred on the bottom, about 4 minutes. Flip and grill about 4 minutes longer for medium, and let stand for 3 minutes before serving.
Before you throw your patties on the grill, make a small indentation in the center of each burger with your thumb. This keeps the burger from puffing up as it cooks.
