Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or bank holidays. During festive and holiday periods shipping processing time may differ which our customers will be informed via email or phone.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, or in extreme weather conditions, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s) if sent by carrier service. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
If we fail to deliver your order as nobody is available at the delivery address, we will leave a note of where the item is (e.g. drop-off point or neighbour). If this is not possible, we will the parcel will be returned to our depot, and customer will have to arrange to pick-up their parcel.
If under the circumstance, your parcel is not accepted at the primary address, we cannot take responsibility and offer free re-delivery of your order.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Efoodsdirect.co.uk is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Efoodsdirect.co.uk is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Order of perishable items, need to be accepted at the day of delivery, and this responsibility lies with the customer. If we fail to deliver due to no one being present at the delivery address or you decide to rearrange, the responsibility and liability for the delay or loss lies with the customer.
Each boxes are clearly listed with allergen information, and it is the customer’s responsibility to read this information before placing an order, as some of our products may contact nuts and other allergens. For further information, please contact us via contact@efoodsdirect.co.uk
