Suitable for home freezing. Ideally freeze as soon as possible after you receive your next day delivery. Not suitable for cooking from frozen. Defrost thoroughly for a minimum of 12 hours in the fridge. Once defrosted use it shortly after. Keep refrigerated.

Roasted Pangasius Fish
- 2 Pangasius fish
- Salt to taste
- 2 tsps. olive oil
- 4 tsps. lime juice
- 1 big onion (quartered)
- Black peppercorn
- 1 tsp. dry parsley leaves
- 2 red peppers
- Wash fish and place in a baking pan.
- Add all the listed ingredients over the fish and use hands to rub the ingredients properly on the fish.
- Scatter the onions over the fish and then place the baking dish in a pre-heated oven of 250-300oC.
- Roast for at least 30 mins or until the fish is properly cooked.
- Bring out from oven and serve as desired.
